On August 5, 2008 I met with Randy Turmel of Keller Williams Realty to sell my uncle's house at 5 Colson Rd, Hudson, N.H. Randy went to work immediately to set just the right price by comparing other homes similar in size and setup. We agreed on a selling price and Randy put the house on the market the next day. We had several offers within the first week and accepted an offer on August 13, 2008. Randy was exceptional in his follow up to detail once the offer was accepted. He made sure all the paper work involved was accurate and checked for any problems or questions that may arise. He kept me up-to-date on every detail of the sale. Erin Goodchild, Randy's assistant, was in constant touch with me and made sure I was informed of everything happening. Any papers necessary to be read or signed were e-mailed to me promptly. She is extremely efficient and a great asset to the Agency. I can't thank Randy and Erin enough for all they did to make the sale go so smoothly and quickly. They are a great team and I would recommend anyone trying to sell real estate to sign on with them. |

We wanted to say thanks for helping us with the sale of our Nashua house. As you know we had checked with other agents also. While basic real estate statistics were similar, Randy seemed more enthusiastic about listing and ultimately selling our house. He provided recommendations, but also was willing to work with us on our concerns about price, timing of the market, and that we still were living in the house so it couldn't always be in "show case" condition. He also was very helpful in providing contact information for other move related issues; moving/storage companies, home inspectors and small job contractors. Erin kept us up to speed on what was happening and what needed to get done throughout the sales process, and both were always very upbeat and positive. The result was just five weeks between signing the real estate sales agreement with Randy and the closing. That was way faster than we had imagined in today's market, or for that matter pretty good in any of our previous military move dictated home purchases/sales. If someone were to ask us for a real estate agent recommendation in the Nashua area we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Randy Turmel and Associates/Keller Williams Realty!

| I knew selling my condo in this market would be difficult. I found a buyer who could not get credit now but wanted to rent with the option to buy. I contacted Randy Turmel who met with my potential buyer and his wife. After meeting with them he put them in touch with a financial advisor to fix their credit. He also drew up the purchase and sale and the rental agreement. After a little more than a year my tenant/buyer was able to purchase the property for the full asking price. The entire process was handled by Randy and his staff. All I had to do was sign near the x and collect my check.
